Southern California is a hot spot for development and modern architecture. Trends have been changing since the recovery from the 2008 recession; housing and industrial construction has been on the rise. Decon Group has been at the forefront of many projects within the Los Angeles county area. They have incorporated modern designs into many remodels and new structures that fit the aesthetics of the neighborhoods they are situated in.
Decon Group was founded in 2005 by Mr. Paul tran “because of the inefficiencies he has seen and experienced in the building industry”. They specialize in all size projects from small to large and have “vertically integrated” the building process to bring a “new approach to the age-old building industry”. Decon Group has been involved in projects from the Tesla Motors showroom in Santa Monica, CA, to store remodels and residential decks

Most recently, Decon Group built a tree house for a client in Long Beach using our Advantage Cumaru™ decking material. The tree house design became an integral part of the exterior of the house. The tree house incorporates straight lineal patterns and uses our cumaru decking boards in distinct ways to give dimension to the “rails” that surround it. The deck, stairway, and integrated benches were all built using our Advantage Cumaru™ giving the entire tree house a continuity that compliments the home and backyard.
