Buffalo, NY January 3, 2008

Advantage Lumber, LLC expanded it’s current 60,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing facility in Buffalo, NY with another 50,000 Sq. Ft. building in Shelby, NC to keep up with the demand for hardwood decking materials and expand their eco-friendly hardwood flooring line.

“In talking with homeowners, builders, and contractors, one thing that’s becoming very clear is the demand for eco-friendly building products is increasing everyday. Our company is making great strides to be the leader of eco-friendly hardwood flooring, decking and other lumber products,” said Chris Foreman the companies General Manager.

The new 50,000 Sq. Ft. facility will allow us to expand our eco-friendly flooring by adding additional machinery, workers, and provide the necessary storage space needed for the finished product. The facility will also produce and warehouse our most popular product line which is our hardwood decking.

We have seen an increasing demand each year for our hardwood decking because of the excellent benefits it offers homeowners – it’s naturally mold resistant, resistant to rot and decay, resistant to insect attack, Class A flame retardant, does not splinter or crack which makes it great to walk on bare foot, and has a 25+ year life span all without any kind of chemical treatment applied to the wood. Our hardwood decking offers true low maintenance beauty that will give homeowners a lifetime of enjoyment out of their deck.
